‘Dalgona Coffee’ Preparation Instructions
Ingredients of Dalgona Coffee:-
- Two tablespoon ‘Mist Cafe’ coffee powder
Step 1. Make coffee mixture:-To prepare this delicious coffee, take a bowl and mix equal quantities of coffee powder, sugar and hot water.
Step 2. Beat coffee mixture using whisker or hand blender:- Now, using a whisker or hand blender, blend the coffee mixture until it is light, frothy and creamy. This might take a good amount of time.
Step 3. Prepare the Dalgona Coffee:- Now, take 2 glasses or coffee mugs and add ice cubes in it as per your convenience. Pour cold milk in them and add this beaten and whipped coffee over it. Serve chilled
‘Cold Coffee’ Preparation Instructions
Ingredients of Cold Coffee:-
Step 1. Blend in the ingredients:- Put ice cubes in a blender jar and add Mist Cafe coffee, milk, honey, cream and about two tablespoons ice cream. If you don’t have a blender just take a shaker and put milk, honey, coffee, cream and give it a nice stir and then shake it! If you like your cold coffee extra creamy, then add some fresh cream and shake it well.
‘Chocolate Coffee’ Preparation Instructions
Ingredients of Chocolate Coffee:-
Step 1. Prepare the chocolate mix:- Break chocolate into small pieces. Put them in a bowl. Add one cup of milk, Mist Cafe coffee powder and sugar. Stir everything together.
Step 2. Microwave the mixture:- Keep the bowl in microwave oven on high (100%) for one minute. Take the bowl out and mix well.
Step 3. Blend the ingredients:- Put the mixture in a blender and blend. Add remaining milk and some ice cubes and blend again.
Step 4. Top it with whipped cream and add chocolate chips, Pour the mixture into glasses. Put some whipped cream and chocolate chips on top.
Step 5. Serve immediately.
